For the animated series Princess Arabella, Polder Animation created a visual test to bring the unique tone and look of the show to life. This test was developed as promotional material to support fundraising efforts and to help sell the concept before full production began.

The series follows the spirited six-year-old Princess Arabella, who lives in a grand palace in a land filled entirely with castles, palaces, and royal suppliers. Despite her royal background, Arabella deals with the same everyday challenges all children face — from friendship and fun to jealousy, mistakes, and learning experiences.

Our visual test captures this playful blend of the ordinary and the extraordinary, combining warm humor and heartfelt moments with a rich visual world that remains true to Mylo Freeman’s beloved picture books.

Through this test, we were able to convey not only the personality of Arabella but also the creative potential of the series — a place where any child can be a prince or princess.
